Chewingum – why not?
Today I got a flashback to these “plastic formations that so many people chew.” Now I will give two reasons, which I hope will make anyone think. So. The first is that the ryeum contains many substances that are nowhere near natural. Have you ever thought about what happens when it gets into the body?
ŽWe’re already exposed to microplastics that get into the body from everywhere on a daily basis, so why would we consciously enter into the body of substances that sit somewhere and get stuck there? The second thing is that when we chew, the stomach thinks food will get into the body and therefore secretes stomach acid to digest it, but nothing gets into the stomach. That’s definitely not what you like. Why do people chew?
Some are nervous and soothing (you can try quality magnesium and auriccotherapy instead), but most can use it to refresh your mouth or cover up unpleasant breath. If you chew for this reason, I advise you to solve the cause that arises from the stomach or intestines. See also the tongue in the mirror, which must be beautiful pink, without lining.
It’s about how you eat, whether there’s too much refined carbohydrates, unhealthy proteins and fats, when you eat or drink something while you’re eating (even worse if you drink cold), or eating fruit after a meal, what you eat for dinner and things like that.
My advice to you is to arrange your diet first. For faster results, you will be helped by quality probiotics that depend on problems and on stool discharge. Instead of chingum, take (lick) the tissue or Schussler’s Kalium Chloratum salt, which will disinfect the stomach and intestines and consequently help to improve breath and clean tongue.
