6 tips for relieving low back pain with naturopathy (+exercises)

Statistics show that as many as 65% of people are facing lower back pain. Inadequate nutrition, stress, too much sitting rather than exercise contribute to problems, as well as pregnancy and later carrying a baby and wearing high heels (women).

In naturopathy, we treat each person individually to determine the cause of his problems, but we can still find a common denominator. In low back pain (if there is no injury) are often the muscles in the lumbar part in an imbalance compared to the abdominal muscles.

The abdominals should be to weak and the lumbar may be too stretched, in which case the headmistress move forward, but the abdominals may be over-stretched and the dorsal (lumbar) too cramped, in this case we are talking about the back of the head or the lordosis, and this is also often the reason for the lower back pain.

If a woman (a man may also be able to see this) has diastasis or abdominal muscle spacing, which usually occurs after childbirth (in men due to mis exercises), this worses the condition.

In both cases, it’s a muscle imbalance. A person is indecite, scared or insecute about a decision usually tied to finance.

re it for you by a physiotherapist. In the case of diastasis, it is important not to perform classic abdominals, planks and similar exercises, as the exercises will make the situation worse and, as a result, the cross will suffer more. There may also be leakage of urine in women.

6 tips for relieving low back pain with naturopathy:

  1. It’s necessary to de acide the body. It’s important to regulate the diet first. Exclude from the menu all the foods mentioned above. Enjoy the sweet only in the morning and eat vegetable stews with legumes (e.g. shallow, courgettes/broccoli, fennel, celery, beans) in the evening, as this helps the body to desuce and detoxify at night. An irregular diet consisting mainly of processed foods, fat, dairy products, refined flour and sugar acidifys the body and consequently amplifies pain. The more the body is acidified, the more it hurts.
  2. If you have a field of vital energy (on the vine) cold or even damp, place a Chinese heating bag at this point for 14 days. This will absorb heat (energy) from the body, depriving the body of any moisture.
  3. If you’re sleeping on your back, put your foot below your knees, and if you’re sleeping on your toes, you’re between your legs. This relieves the lumbar part.
  4. Exercise regularly – stretch the lumbar part and strengthen your abdominal muscles (or vice versa, depending on your posture – this is a rarer case). Care should be taken to strengthen the inner abdominal muscles and not only the external abdominal muscles (called six pack), especially if there is diastasis or abdominal spacing. Do you have it, it’s best to measure it for you by a physiotherapist. In the case of diastasis, it is important not to perform classic abdominals, planks and similar exercises, as the exercises will make the situation worse and, as a result, the cross will suffer more. There may also be leakage of urine in women.
  5. From dietary supplements can help: magnesium or basic powder (both but usually only one or the other take at bedtime), omega 3 (in the morning).
  6. Auriculotherapy

Some exercises to strengthen the muscles of the torso, which will help alleviate lower back pain.

  1. Hump (repeat 5 times)

2. Stretch back to buttocks – hands forward

Keep in this position 10 s

3. Alternating arms and legs (on all four) – repeat with each side 5x, it is important to reach out to length, not so much in height

4. Lifting the boles (on the back – shrunk legs), repeat 10x

Auriculotherapy is also a great help in low back pain. That’s what scientific research is about.
