Do you drink while you eat?

During naturopathic counsulting in an iridological examination, I see that many people have the wrong pH in their stomach. Some people feel it like acid reflux, others like coughing, abdominal bloating, indigestion, and they don’t think wrong pH it might be the cause. As a result, helicobacter plory, or a fungus can grow. As a result it can become to poor absorption of nutrients. The correct pH of the stomach is therefore essential.

Some of the causes that can lead to this condition are consuming certaing food in inproper time, consuming processed foods containing preservatives, colorants and other unnecessary additives, drinking water or some other liquid during a meal, chewing gum, medication…

How to make the correct pH?

  • Drinking celery juice on an empty stomach is a very good help.
  • Then there’s eating unprocessed food and the ones best suited to you at the right time, not chewing on the chewingum.
  • I suggest you to drink before a meal or for better digestion immediately after a meal, just sip as warm water as possible. Drinking fluid during a meal is thinning the stomach juice (which should be acidic) and therefore the food is not digested as it should be.
  • There are other help such as tissue salts and probiotics and highly effective auriculotherapy, as an aid in addition to an adequate diet.

If you have issues with acid reflux, you can write me for online naturopathic or only auriculotherapy consulting. It is very efficacy.
